Parsley Sauce

Yields1 Serving

 1 tblspn butter
 1 tblspn plain flour
 1/2 pt milk
 2 tblspns chopped fresh parsley ( or 1 tblspn dried )?
 Salt and pepper
 Sprinkle malt vinegar ( optional )

Melt the butter in a saucepan over a med/low heat

Stir in the flour and cook for about 3-4 minutes

Gradually stir in the milk

Keep stirring until sauce thickens

Season with salt and pepper

Stir through the parsley and serve
