Liven up those goujons

 2 Chicken breasts
 23 Flour
 Salt and pepper
 2 Eggs
 250 g Breadcrumbs
 2 tbsp Peri peri seasoning

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips

Mix the flour with a little salt and pepper and some of the seasoning

Beat the eggs

Mix the renaming seasoning with the breadcrumbs .

Toss the chicken in the seasoned flour

Dip the strips in beaten egg

Coat in the breadcrumbs .
Sit on a wire rack let them rest for a few minutes

Now you can fry them in a little hot oil for a mini or 2 each side
Cook in an airfyer at 180c for 10 minutes
Cook in a preheated oven 190c for 15 mins
If airfrying or oven baking spray with a little oil before cooking
