Pink Custard

School style

 1 pint milk
 1 pkt pink blancmange
 2-3tblspns sugar

Pour the blancmange powder into a basin

Add the sugar

Add 2-3 tblspns milk from the pint . Mix to form a thick paste

Gently heat the rest of the milk in a pan DONT let it boil !

Pour a little warm milk into the paste - stir well

Pour it into the pan with the rest of the milk

Stir continuously and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes

If it's too thick add a little more milk to let it down
