So expensive to buy but so easy to make!

 2 tbsp coconut oil
 ½ cup popcorn kernels
 ¼ cup melted butter
 ¼ tsp salt

Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over a high heat

Add a couple of kernels and wait for them to pop. They will let you know when the oil is hot enough

Add the rest of the kernels to the pot. Swirls them around so they get a nice equal coating of oil

Cover the pot and lower the heat to medium. Gently shake the pot every 30 seconds

After about 3 minutes once the popping has slowed down remove the pot from the heat

Keep the lid on and swirl the pot around until the popping stops completely

take the lid off the pot and add the salt and butter. shaking the popcorn around to ensure it is evenly covered
