Potato Croquettes

make your own , know what’s in your food

 Leftover mashed potatoes
 An egg
 Breadcrumbs
 Salt and pepper
 Your favourite herbs and spices
 A little oil for frying

Season the Potato adding seasoning and and herbs you like

Roll into sausage shapes

Crack an egg onto a deep plate and beat it

Put the breadcrumbs onto another plate

Dip the mashed potato sausages in the egg

Then shaking off excess egg roll in the breadcrumb mix

Take out when covered completely

Fry in a little oil until crispy and golden
