Quick Sage and Onion Stuffing

Try making your own and add your favourite herbs and spices

 1 large onion
 250g fresh breadcrumbs
 50g butter
 1 tbsp fresh chopped sage
 Salt and pepper

Grate or chop the onion

Melt the butter in a saucepan

Add the onion and sautéed for about 5 mins

add in the breadcrumbs , stir until combined

add the chopped sage

Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes

Season to taste

put into a greased oven proof dish

Heat oven to 180c

Dot the top of stuffing with butter

Cook for 10-15 minutes
