Red cabbage coleslaw

Celery seeds add an extra dimension to this slaw

1/4 red cabbage thinly sliced

1 onion finely diced

1 large. Carrot coarsely grated

1unpeeled red Apple grated

2 tblspn mayo

Squeeze lemon juice

Salt and pepper

1-2 tspns celery seeds

Put all the veg in a large bowl

Mix well

Add salt and pepper

Add mayo and lemon juice and mix well

Sprinkle over celery seeds and stir through

Chill before serving
