Rhubarb and Ginger Oaty Crumble

Use different fruits apples, pears , strawberries

 About 6 sticks of rhubarb cut into 1 inch pieces
 2 tspns ground ginger
 2 tbsns granulated sugar
 100g plain flour
 100g porridge oats
 100g butter
 4 tbsns brown sugar
 2 tspns ground ginger

Heat oven to 180C

Lay the rhubarb on an oven tray and sprinkle on the granulated sugar and ginger

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

Let it cool on the tray

Put all the crubmble ingredients into a bowl

Rub between your fingers to combine

Put the rhubarb and any juices into an ovenproof dish

Sprinkle over the crumble

Bake for 20-30 minutes

Serve with custard , cream or ice cream
