Roast Potato Seasoning

Add a little more crunch to those roasties

2 tblspn garlic powder

2 tblspn paprika

3 tblspn semolina

2 tblspn parsley

2 tblspn oregano

1 tblspn basil

1 tblspn rosemary

1 tblspn thyme

1 tblspn sea salt

1 tblspn black pepper

Mix all ingredients well

Store for n an airtight container

Sprinkle over par boiled potatoes and roast as normal
