Roasted Broccoli

Try this for family members who aren’t keen on steamed broccoli

 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
 1 tblspn olive or rapeseed oil
 3 sliced cloves garlic
 Coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper
 Or use the savoury seasoned salt recipe from here

Heat oven to 220c

Put the broccoli florets the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl wok and toss to mix well

Spread them out on a baking tray

Roast until the edges are crispy and the stems are crisp tender

They’ll take about 20 minutes.
