 1 pack sausage meat
 1 onion diced
 100 breadcrumbs
 1 egg, beaten

add all the ingredients to a large bowl

get your hands in and squish it all together

line a loaf tin with baking paper

add the stuffing to the tin and pat down

cover with baking paper and then foil

cook in the oven at 200c gm6 for 30 minutes

uncover and cook for a further 15 minutes
