Savoury Rice

Use the vegetables you like

 300g long grain rice
 600ml vegetable stock
 Handful of frozen veg OR
 Handful of cooked chopped carrots , a few cooked peas, cooked peppers
 1/2 tspn tumeric
 Salt and pepper
 A little chopped parsley

Put the rice into a saucepan

Add the vegetable stock and tumeric if using frozen veg add it now

Put on the lid and cook for about 15 minutes

Add in the vegetables and seasoning

Continue to cook until all the stock is evaporated

Chop the parsley and stir through the rice
