Seafood chilli linguine

 300g linguine
 1 tbspn olive oil
 500g cherry tomatoes halved
 1 packet frozen mixed seafood
 4 garlic cloves sliced
 1 red chilli finely chopped
 Some freshly chopped basil
 1.5 tblspns balsamic vinegar

Cook the linguine as per packet instructions

Heat a large frying pan on a medium heat

Add in the olive oil and tomatoes . Cook for 2 minutes

Add the garlic and chilli and cook for a minute or 2

Add in the seafood , keep stirring until warmed through

Stir through the basil , vinegar and strained linguine and some of the cooking liquid to help make a sauce

Serve - Spinach or sugar snap peas are nice added to this .
