Swap the lamb mince for beef to make a cottage pie
Heat oven to 180c
Dry fry the mince in a pan
When it's browned all over remove and strain
Add in the carrots and onions and cook till they're softening
Add the mince back in - mix well
Add the herbs and seasoning
Gradually add in the stock
Season with salt , pepper and Worcestershire sauce .
Add the mint sauce if using
Let it simmer for 30 minutes
Add the peas
Pour into an ovenproof dish .
Let it cool slightly and top with mashed potato
Dot with butter
Cook until the top is golden and crispy
