Left over sausage is perfect for this.
1 Heat some oil in a pan. Chop onions and add to pan and soften.
2 add the sausages and cook for 5 min till they get a bit of colour.
3 add the stock cube, tin tomatos and puree tgen mix well.
4 let simmer for 10mins.
5 bring a pan of water to the boil and cook as directed .
6 5 mins before serving ads the sponach to the sausage pan and let wilt.
7 great some cheese over when serving .
