Slow cooker butternut squash soup

Yields1 Serving

 1. Butternut squash (any size you want)
 1/2 a large onion or 1 small onion chopped
 1 sweet potato (I had it sitting about its up to you)
 Homemade chicken/veg stock or 1 cube

peel, chop and de-seed the squash. Add it to slow cooker. Along with chopped onions and potato (if using)

Add enough water to cover the veg. Now add your stock cube or homemade.

Turn it to a low and leave till you need it. I had mine on a high for an 2 hrs and it was done but I turned it down and led it.
