Sticky Sausages

Yields1 Serving

 6 or 8 sausages
 2 large red onions cut into wedges
 A selection of chopped peppers
 Optional chopped fresh tomatoes, mushrooms any veg
 A tblspn olive oil
 2 tblspn honey or maple syrup
 1-2 tblspns soy sauce , hoisin sauce , mustard or ketchup
 Handful of sesame seeds

Heat oven to 180c

Put the sausages , onions and peppers on a tray . Toss in the oil

Bake for about 20-25 minutes Add in the tomatoes after about 15 minutes

Pour over the honey mix . Toss well to coat

Put back in the oven now heated to 200-220c for 10 minutes

Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and serve with mash , wedges , savoury rice or couscous
