Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan
Add the ginger and fry for about 30 seconds
Now add the broccoli , peppers and spring onions
Cook for about 5 minutes, keep moving the veg around
Add the hoisin sauce and water and keep moving the veg for another 3-5 minutes
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds
Serve with rice or noodles topped with more sesame seeds if liked
