Stir fried kale

Yields1 Serving

 a bag of kale , thick stalks removed
 A little oil
 3 cloves minced garlic
 A little water
 A few splashes of toasted sesame oil
 Salt and pepper

Heat the veg oil in a pan , add the garlic and cook for a couple of minutes

Add in the kale and keep moving it in the pan . As it starts to wilt add in a splash of water and put on a lid. Season with salt and pepper

When the kale is cooked but still has a bite , turn up the heat and add a splash of toasted sesame oil . Give it a good stir and serve
