Basic vegan stew that can be thrown in slow cooker and left . Serve with rice or homemade flat breads
I just placed all ingredients apart from cabbage in a slow cooker and cooked add a cup of cold water. Then put on high for 4hrs. Then turn to low.
Or 6 hrs on a low
30 mins befor serving add the cabbage. I also added frozen carrots i had and mixed herbs. But thats me.
You can add kale or spinach about 10mins before serving if you want.
