Tempura Batter

Yields1 Serving

 3oz plain flour
 1 tblspn corn flour
 1/2 tspn sea salt
 7 fl oz ICE COLD sparkling water
 Vegetables , Fish of your choice
 Oil to fry

Heat the oil in a large pan

Chop your vegetables or fish

Mix the flours and salt in a bowl

Whisk in the water

You want it mixed but not over worked

Deep the vegetables/ fish in the batter,

Remove and fry

Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a dipping sauce
