Teriyaki chicken or turkey mince kebabs

 1lb chicken or turkey mince
 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
 3-4 tblspn a teriyaki sauce
 1/2 finely diced red onion
 1-2 minced garlic cloves
 1 egg beaten
 Salt and pepper to season
 Red , yellow or green peppers cut in large cubes

Mix everything except the pepper chunks in a large bowl . Add more teriyaki sauce if too dry or breadcrumbs if too wet

Roll into meatball sizes

Chill in fridge to firm up for 20 minutes

Thread the meatballs onto a skewer with a piece of pepper between each meatball . 3 balls per skewer

Spray with oil and grill for about 5-10 minutes

Or spray with oil and bake at 180c for 10 minutes or until cooked

Serve sprinkled with sliced spring onions and sesame seeds
