Teriyaki Salmon with Orzo

Yields1 Serving

 1 salmon fillet per person
 320g orzo
 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
 1 red pepper diced
 4 handfuls of prepared kale
 2 tblspns olive oil
 75g grated Parmesan
 A little soy sauce
 Teriyaki sauce

Heat grill

Cook orzo in boiling salted water for about 6-7 minutes

Dip each salmon fillet in soy sauce

Put salmon under the grill , skin side up , grill for 6-7 minutes

Steam the kale over the orzo

Heat the oil in a large pan , add the garlic and diced pepper

Sauté for 3 minutes

Strain the orzo , add to the garlic and pepper , combine

Stir through the Parmesan , add the kale . Mix well

Pour the teriyaki over the salmon

Tip the orzo with the salmon and serve
