Tomato and onion gratin

 4 tomatoes quartered
 A small pack of cherry tomatoes
 2-3 red onions cut into wedges
 2 garlic cloves grated
 A good handful of breadcrumbs
 Salt and pepper
 1 tspn dried mixed herbs
 Drizzle of olive oil

Heat oven to 200C

Mix the tomatoes and onions in an ovenproof dish

Stir through the grated garlic

Mix the herbs with the bread crumbs and drizzle on a little oil .

Season tomatoes and onions with a little salt and pepper, drizzle on a little olive oil

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mix over the veg

Bake on top shelf for 30-40 minutes
