Make something tasty with what would often end in the bin

 Vegetable peelings ( potatoes , carrots , parsnips etc)
 1 tblspn olive oil
 Flavouring :
 Salt and pepper
 Or cumin
 Or garlic salt
 Or Indian 5 spice

Heat oven to 200c

Mix all the peel in a bowl

Add oil and seasoning

Coat well

Spread out on a baking sheet

Cook for 6-10 minutes
