Lovely no bake cheesecake
Crush chocolate digestives and add to butter
Mix well and then push into a greased baking tin (or line tin with grease proof paper
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Melt your white chocolate
Add the soft cheese and stir well
Add strawberries (you can quarter the strawberries or give them a quick blitz in the food processor) and mix again
Pour onto base
Put in the fridge for another hour
Eat! And enjoy!
