Bacon & cheese hotpot

Ingredients

8 rashers of bacon or 1/2 pack cooking bacon

2 diced onions

400g grated cheese

500g White potatoes thinly sliced

1 pint of white sauce

Optional - tomatoes, cauliflower, leek

Directions

1Par boil your potato slices for 5 minutes

2Chop your bacon and onion and fry them lightly

3Layer your ingredients ending with potatoes

4Pour over your white sauce and then add a sprinkle of cheese

5Cook in the oven at GM6 or 200c for 30 minutes
