An easy healthy breakfast


150g porage oats

420ml milk

60ml Apple juice

3TBSP lemon juice

1 apple

1-2 TBSP honey

375g plain yoghurt

A dash of cinnamon

Toppings - fresh/dried fruit, nuts, coconut


1Combine oats, milk, Apple juice and lemon juice and let sit overnight in the fridge

2In the morning add the grated Apple, honey (to taste), yoghurt, cinnamon (if desired) and mix well

3Top with your favourite fruits and nuts
