Christmas pudding scones

Ingredients

175g self raising flour

50g marg

75ml (5tbsp) milk

About 70/100g Christmas pudding finely chopped

Directions

1Pretty heat oven to 180dg. Line a baking tray with baking paper

2Rub flour and marg / butter till you get breadcrumb texture

3Add the Christmas pudding then mix with hands so all of it is mixed in well

4Add the milk and bring it together. Start with a knife then use fingers. Once together place on a floured workbench

5Roll out to the thickness of a £1 coin and use any cutters you want.

6Once all dough used up and on tgey tray brush with beaten egg or milk and bake for 10-15 mins depending on how big the cutter was.

7Note....mine did not rise. Don't k ow why but I cannot get them to so I just go with the flow. Lol
