Greggs Bacon & Cheese Pasties

Ingredients

8 slices cooked bacon

1 pack value mozzarella

1 pack puff pastry

Directions

1Roll out your pastry and cut into 8 squares.

2Place your bacon corner to corner on top

3Tear up your mozzarella and put on top of the bacon

4Fold over the corners of the pastry and crimp together the edges

5Bake on a greased or lined baking tray for 15 Minutes minutes at GM 5 or 180c
