Lasagne Cupcakes

Leftover bolognaise? Or got a kids party coming up? Why not try lasagne cupcakes!

Ingredients

Mince in a bolognaise sauce

Basic white sauce

Lasagne sheets

Directions

1Cook dried lasagne sheets in boiling water

2Put a square of baking paper in to the bottom of each muffin section and then wrap a bit of lasagne round the exterior

3Then put a spoonful of mince in the base then a wee circle of lasagne on top then a spoon of white sauce and repeat then top with cheese

4Then bake in the oven for 20 mins at GM 5 180c

5These pics are from the first time I made them so the pasta burnt a bit round the top so next time I trimmed them down a bit before cooking! I have made these before and then frozen them to be reheated from frozen.
