Slow cooker BBQ pulled chicken

3 large chicken breasts

250mls ketchup

2TBSP mustard

2tsp lemon juice

1 bulb garlic crushed

125ml syrup

2TBSP Worcester sauce

1/2tsp chilli powder

1/8 cayenne pepper

2 dashes hot sauce

8 rolls or baps split


1Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker

2In a bowl mix all the other ingredients and mix well

3Pour over the chicken

4Put the slow cooker on to low and cook for 6 hours

5Remove the chicken breasts and shred with a fork then return to the sauce for 1/2 an hour

6Serve on a roll with salad
