8 rashers of bacon or 1/2 pack cooking bacon
2 diced onions
400g grated cheese
500g White potatoes thinly sliced
1 pint of white sauce

Par boil your potato slices for 5 minutes

Chop your bacon and onion and fry them lightly

Layer your ingredients ending with potatoes

Pour over your white sauce and then add a sprinkle of cheese

Cook in the oven at GM6 or 200c for 30 minutes
