Great for lunch boxes or just with a cuppa.
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar (could use white)
1 egg
1 full and 1 x 1/4 cup of oats
1/2tsp baking powder

Cream the peanut butter and sugar until fluffy

Add the egg and give it a good stir

Add oats and baking powder and mix well

Make into small balls and place on a baking tray and then flatten with a fork

Cook at GM4 or 160c for 8 minutes

Cool on a wire rack whilst fighting off the hungry hoards
