
 1  Glass jar , pot with lid to put things in
 4  3 min noodles 1 nest per pot
 1  Grated carrot.
 50 g frozen peas
 50 g Frozen sweet corn
 1  stock cube/ curry
 4  Handfuls of leftover chicken
 2 pinches Chilli flakes (optional)

Place noodles and veg in the pot with the stock cube or curry powder.
Add the chilli flakes if using

When ready fill with hot water, cover loosely,and leave for 3-5 mins.

Once the noodles and veg have softened, stir well, then divide between bowls.
Serve hot.

This can be made with any thinly sliced veg.
