Delicious and easy slow cooker meal
500 g Diced chicken
1 Diced onion
2 Crushed garlic cloves
120 g Peanut butter
1 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 Diced red chilli
1 Tin of chopped tomatoes
1 red pepper, sliced

Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker

Cook on low for 4 hours

This is a 6 litre slow cooker but it could be done in a 3.5l. And no the chicken goes in raw xx Lorna xx

I don’t have a slow cooker. I have gas oven. How long would you cook it in there on the slow setting? Lowest of the low lol

This is so easy and really tasty. For a spice weakling like me it’s just right but if you like a bit of zip just add another chilli.
I am currently just making this in my slow cooker are you sure it is for low 4 hrs? Cannot wait to try it.
Made it and its a thumbs up in my household, will certainly be making this again. May add spinach just for the extra nutrition otherwise its yummy
