I did these in the air fryer but they could be done in the oven

 2  Apples 
 4 tbsp Chopped nuts 
 2 tbsp Raisins (optional) 
 3 tbsp Butter
 ½ tsp Cinnamon 
 ½ tsp Nutmeg 
 ½ cup Water

Preheat the air fryer to 170c

Core the apples and cut in half

Mix the butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts

Place your apples on the baking tray and stuff the mix in the hole where you removed the core

Pour water in the pan

Cook at 170c for 20 minutes
