Chocolate Concrete

 160g butter
 1 egg beaten
 25g cocoa
 225g self raising flour
 175g sugar

Heat oven to 170c

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl , make a well in the centre.. Grease and line a 30x18cm tin

Melt the butter in a pan

Pour the melted butter into the well and mix

Gradually mix in the beaten egg

Pour this mix into the prepared tray, spreading it into the corners

Sprinkle with water and a little sugar

Bake for about 40 minutes

Cool in the tray for 5 minutes and cut into squares /triangles /slices then continue cooling on a wire rack
