Scrub the potatoes ( if needed )
Cut into thick wedges
Par boil for about 10 minutes or until just tender - a knife goes in easily
Drain and let air dry
Heat oven to 200C
Spray your tray with oil and then add your seasonings
Put wedges on to the tray
Spray wedges and add more seasoning
Alternatively put the wedges into a bowl with a tblspn of oil and your seasonings and toss . Then put onto the baking tray
Put tray into the top of the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the wedges are browned
