A lovely side dish
Ingredients
1 cauliflower broken into florets
50g butter
50g plain flour
500ml milk
100g grated cheese
1tspn English mustard
Salt and pepper
1tblspn butter
Handful breadcrumbs
Directions
Heat oven to 200c
Cook the florets chicken n water ifor 5 minutes
Drain and leave to one side
Melt the butter in a frying an on a medium heat
Add in the flour
Whisk together and cook for 2-3 minutes
Gradually add in the milk whisking all the time
Add in the mustard and seasoning
When its thickened remove from the heat
Stir through the grated cheese
Arrange cauliflower in a buttered dish
Pour over the sauce , ensure all the cauliflower is coated
Melt the tblspn of butter in a pan
Add the breadcrumbs
Stir until coated
Sprinkle over the cauliflower cheese
Bake for 20 minutes or r until golden
