A nice change to chocolate crispy cakes
Ingredients
45 g butter
300 g mini marshmallows
180 g rice krispies
Directions
Melt the butter in a large, heavy-based saucepan over a low heat.
Add the marshmallows and cook until they are completely melted and blended, stir constantly.
Take the pan off the heat Add the rice cereal mixing lightly until well coated.
Press the mixture into a greased tin
Let them cool completely in the tin then cut into squares
