Summery , quick and tasty
Bring pan of salted water to the boil
Halve the tomatoes
Use a peeler to slice the asparagus spears
Zest and juice the lemon
Crush the garlic
Add the pasta to the boiling water and oil as per the packet instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan
Add the tomatoes, asparagus and garlic. Toss to coombine
Season with the salt and pepper
Add in the most of the zest and pour over some juice. Put a lid on the pan
Remove the cooked pasta from the water , add a little pasta water to the pan too
Stir through the vegetables, tear over the basil
