Cream together your butter and sugar.
Add your egg - you can get away with less egg if you want. Maybe 1 large or 2 small would be fine.
Fold in your flour.
Add your peeled and finely chopped apple and pear and raisins.
Bake in a medium oven for about 20 mins - check after about 15. Ready when golden brown and cooked through.
