Easier than you would think!
Put your apples, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a pot and stir well
Cook over a medium heat for approx 20 minutes stirring occasionally until your apples are soft
Roll out your pastry and lay your apple mix along the long edge, fold the pastry over and wet the edges and then pinch together to seal
brush with beaten egg
Cook in the oven for 20 mins on GM5 or 180c
