A tasty lunch or dinner

Slice the chicken breast into strips

Add the cornflakes to a food bag and crush them into small crumb then pour into a bowl.

Add the BBQ sauce into another bowl
Dip the chicken into the sauce and turn over a few times till its coated

Put the chicken in the cornflakes and turn over a few times till coated

Place on a baking sheet and repeat till all the chicken is covered

Bake in the oven at 180°for 15 mns

Remove from the oven and cover the chicken again with the remaining sauce. Place back in the oven and bake for 10mns

To serve: add mixed salad leaves to the centre of a wrap along with sliced onion and tomato/peppers. Add the chicken tenders and roll the wrap tightly, tucking in one end to ensure the filling doesn't fall out.
Eat on it's own or serve with chips, salad and mayo on the side for a more filling meal

I got 8 strips from this which filled 2 wraps
Tip-allow chicken to cool before turning over and the coating wont fall off. The same when your applying the 2nd coating of sauce.
Any cornflakes can be used or even breadcrumbs
