16 small or 8 larger button mushrooms
4 tblspn mayonnaise
2-3 minced garlic cloves or 2-3 tspns lazy garlic

Heat oven to 190C

Remove stalks from the mushrooms ( reserve for a soup or risotto) . Dry them

Mix the mayonnaise and garlic well
4
Dip the mushrooms in this mix and coat well

Roll the mushrooms into the breadcrumbs and make sure there fully coated

Put on a lined baking sheet

Bake for about 15-20 minutes
