Cabbage with bacon

Yields1 Serving
 1/2-1 cabbage
 A few chopped bacon rashers or lardons
 Salt and pepper
 A little olive oil
 A good splash of water

Shred your cabbage finely

Heat a little olive oil in a hot pan

Add in the bacon and fry until cooked to your liking

Add in the cabbage

Stir fry for about 5 minutes

Add a little water to create steam

Season and serve

You could add some sliced onions to this or a little freshly grated nutmeg . This can be frozen . Like your cabbage cooked a little more ? Then blanch it for 3 minutes first
