150g caster sugar
70g butter
20g cocoa
20g hot chocolate mix
230g milk powder
150ml warm water
Cream to decorate

Cream the butter and sugar together well

Sieve in the cocoa and hot chocolate powder

Mix well

Put the milk powder into a large bowl

Add the warm water and mix well

Mix the chocolate mix into the milk , stir until well combined

Pour into the pastry case

Chill in the fridge until set
