Christmas pudding scones

 175g self raising flour
 50g marg
 75ml (5tbsp) milk
 About 70/100g Christmas pudding.

Finely chop the Christmas pudding

Pretty heat oven to 180dg. Line a baking tray with baking paper

Rub flour and marg / butter till you get breadcrumb texture

Add the Christmas pudding then mix with hands so all of it is mixed in well

Add the milk and bring it together. Start with a knife then use fingers. Once together place on a floured workbench

Roll out to the thickness of a £1 coin and use any cutters you want.

Once all dough used up and on tgey tray brush with beaten egg or milk and bake for 10-15 mins depending on how big the cutter was.

Note....mine did not rise that much. Don't know why but I cannot get them to so I just go with the flow. Lol
