8 slices bacon
1 pack value mozzarella
1 pack puff pastry

Roll out your pastry and cut into 8 squares.

Place your bacon corner to corner on top

Tear up your mozzarella and put on top of the bacon

Fold over the corners of the pastry and crimp together the edges

Bake on a greased or lined baking tray for 15 minutes at GM 5 or 180c
